De aanbieder van bedrijfswagenonderdelen heeft zijn online inkoopplatform voor de meer dan 36 000 producten van de beide merken DT Spare Parts en SIEGEL Automotive doorontwikkeld. Het resultaat is een totaaloplossing voor het zoeken, identificeren en inkopen van onderdelen, op elke tijd en vanaf elke locatie.

Distribution partners can place their orders around the clock and independently manage them at any time. Workshop customers can use the free spare parts search facility prior to logging in to put together the products they require. Diesel Technic is happy to provide an experienced distribution partner in your area. The assembly instructions, which are freely available in the Partner Portal, offer helpful tips and tricks for installation.
 
The Partner Portal has been further developed on the basis of customer feedback and can be accessed across devices. The display automatically adjusts to your screen and ensures a clear presentation and easy operation via touch screen. By accessing it from a mobile device, sales representatives in the field can take orders from their customers directly on-site and, if required, enter their delivery address.

The further developed Partner Portal can be immediately accessed via partnerportalv2.dieseltechnic.com and is positioned at the centre of the Diesel Technic service offensive. This includes digital product catalogues, QR codes on product labels or the product link dtpi.de/..., which simply complements the item or reference number. All search paths lead directly to the desired product in the Partner Portal.
