Environment (E)
Climate change
Diesel Technic makes an active contribution to climate protection by expanding the use of renewable energies and continuously improving energy efficiency. The company is specifically focussing on photovoltaic systems, electric vehicles and the company's own charging stations to reduce CO₂ emissions. District heating, LED lighting and energy-efficient construction measures are also used to sustainably optimise energy consumption. In the case of new buildings within the Diesel Technic Group, resilience to changing climate conditions is also examined and appropriate measures are taken, but more energy-efficient construction measures and technologies are also favoured.

Environmental protection
Diesel Technic is continuously driving forward the improvement of its climate protection activities and environmental protection measures. This includes efficient waste disposal management, the use of recyclable packaging and measures to reduce emissions.
Resource utilisation and circular economy
In order to further reduce its ecological footprint, Diesel Technic consistently relies on the principle of the circular economy. This includes shortening transport routes, optimising order quantities and sustainable waste management. In order to utilise resources more efficiently, there is also an increased focus on recycling and the provision of repair kits.

Social (S)
Diesel Technic is actively committed to a healthy and safe working environment, an inclusive corporate culture and respect for human rights throughout the entire value chain.
A key tool is the WE compass, which reinforces the corporate values and promotes respectful cooperation. In addition, structured HR and compliance management as well as attractive corporate benefits ensure a motivating working environment.

Governance (G)
Diesel Technic is committed to the continuous improvement of an integrated management system in accordance with the standards in the areas of quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), information security (ISO 27001) and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) as well as compliance with the highest standards in corporate governance. The basis for this is the consistent orientation towards the German Governance Code, which promotes transparency, integrity and sustainable behaviour. A central component of corporate policy is the Code of Conduct, which defines ethical and legal guidelines for responsible behaviour.
