Warranty claims
The trust in the branded products is rewarded with a 24-month brand guarantee. The guarantee is applicable to the whole supply chain and begins on the day on which the last purchaser (= workshop customer) verifiably acquires the product. To prevent unnecessary warranty claims in advance Diesel Technic provides practice-oriented assembly instructions. In product trainings and videos for workshop customers, valuable and practical tips are conveyed by experienced commercial-vehicle master mechanics. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
