Diesel Technic introduces Universal Parts as a new product division

With the introduction of a new product division for universal parts which includes around 2500 items, the product ranges of the product brands DT Spare Parts and SIEGEL Automotive are now even easier to navigate and assess. As part of Diesel Technic's "one-stop shopping" principle, the required universal parts can be ordered directly, saving distribution partners time and money in the ordering process. At the same time, the well-known brand advantages can be made use of.

The range of universal parts and accessories at Diesel Technic has been steadily expanded over the years. In addition to the spare parts, the required accessories – such as standard and DIN parts for attachment or operating materials – can be ordered at the same time. This one-stop shopping principle saves distribution partners time and money in the ordering process. Known for their guaranteed quality, the universal parts round off the wide range of products for automotive parts and accessories.

These are often already listed as accessories in the Partner Portal on the item detail page. To make it easier to find all the universal and accessory parts, the product group “Universal Parts” was made into a separate product division. At the same time, the Partner Portal was also rearranged with the aim of providing all users of the Partner Portal with easier and faster access to the product groups of the individual product divisions.
The Partner Portal, Diesel Technic’s information and eCommerce procurement platform, now offers direct access to ten product divisions via the newly improved start page: truck, trailer, bus, transporter, car, agricultural vehicle, construction vehicle, universal and industrial parts, as well as promotional items. The new structure makes the Partner Portal more user-friendly. The 16 Universal Parts product subgroups also offer a good overview, where it is quick to locate the required product. This includes: batteries, lighting, operating materials/chemicals, compressed air, electrics, tachographs, trailer and chassis add-on parts, V-belts, standard parts, O-rings, hoses/pipes, clamps, safety/labelling, closures/covers, roller bearings and workshop requirements.
